Tool Library Reopening and Yard Sale

Modcon Living will host a grand reopening of the Tool Library on Monday, May 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Join us to return tools, check out new tools, and enjoy the Yard Sale of previously donated tools.

The Tool Library has become an essential resource to communities throughout Franklin County. We apologize for any inconvenience the temporary closure has caused and are committed to doing all we can to maintain this important program to sustain healthy homes and neighborhoods.

Current Tool Library members will receive a 90-day extension and new members will be activated by May 20.

Tool Library hours have been expanded to better serve our members.

We extend our sincere thanks to our members, the community, our sponsors, staff, and board for their ongoing commitment, patience, and understanding during our temporary closure.

Rebuilding a Healthy Neighborhood 2023

Rebuilding a Healthy Neighborhood is our signature annual event. On the first Saturday in May, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and community organizations join together to make holistic repairs to homes and revitalize entire communities, making a lasting impression on the families who are served. This is a culmination of a year of planning, evaluating, training, organizing, and mobilizing, hundreds of community volunteers as part of an effort to preserve affordable homeownership.
