Orders placed for secure e-commerce and donation transactions may require your name, email address, shipping address, credit card billing address, card number, expiration date, and/or other personal information. This information is shared with Modcon Living. The payment processing system uses credit card information for payment processing. The information you submit with an order may be used to contact you about other items we believe may be of interest to you.

  5. E-newsletters. If you wish to subscribe to any of our newsletters, we require certain contact information (such as name and e-mail address.) This information is used to send you the newsletter as requested. It may also be used to contact you about other items we believe may be of interest to you. Users that no longer wish to receive a newsletter may opt-out using the instructions found at the bottom of each newsletter.
